Also, you are wrong about me not remembering trans people's pronouns - I have a dear friend who's transgender. She asked me to refer to her as 'she/her' and that's exactly what I do. She didn't demand it, she asked me - and I was happy to oblige. And if I accidentally forgot from time to time (at the beginning) she didn't get offended and call me a bigot - she's an amazing human being.
