Hi S.R. My article isn't about addressing someone as he or she. My article is when people are demanding to be called they/them/zir/zis/xir/xis etc. When it comes to names, you only need to remember it once, which is still tough sometimes. But people who are constantly inventing and changing their pronouns (sometimes on a daily basis depending on how they feel) then get aggressive and offended if others don't call them accordingly, that's what I'm fighting against.
