I don't get to choose my pronouns the same way I don't get to choose my adjectives.
I used to manage multi-million dollar construction projects, overseeing hundreds of (mainly) men employees and despite being very feminine I was often called sir - didn't bother me one little bit.
People are too sensitive and self-obsessed these days.
You are proving my point by "choosing" your own pronouns of she/they. If everyone I knew and engaged with on regular basis (about 150 people) all had different mixtures of they/them they/he he/them zir/they xir/zim etc. and about half of them kept on changing their pronouns depending on the time of the month or mood. I would go insane trying to remember all of them. And I'm the insensitive one.
No! You don't get to choose your pronouns. People size you up and make up their own minds.
